What is the deposit/payment policy?

Our deposits our non refundable & non transferble.  Once your design is printed there are no refunds or exchanges. No exceptions. 

What is the deposit and final payment? 

There is a 50% deposit to hold the date and services. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.  

Will we get to see our design before installment?  

Absoutely, we never print or finalize any desigs without your approval first.   Once you've approved the design we will then go into production and printing. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  All transctions are through a secure link that is unique to your event.  We do not store CC infomration or share any personal information. 

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, we frequently offer discounts and promotions on our services. Keep an eye on our website and subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on our latest offers.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Miami, Florida, and primarily serve the greater South Florida area, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We may also travel for events outside these areas — contact us to discuss your event location and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before your event to allow sufficient time for design consultation, revisions, production, and printing. For peak wedding season (October–April), we suggest booking 2–3 months in advance to secure your date. Last-minute requests may be accommodated depending on availability, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

What sizes of dance floors do you wrap?

We can wrap dance floors of virtually any size, from intimate 10×10 ft setups to large 20×20 ft floors and beyond. During your consultation, we’ll help you determine the ideal floor size based on your guest count and event venue. If you don’t already have a dance floor, we also offer maple wood dance floor rentals as a beautiful base for your vinyl wrap.

Can I use my own dance floor, or do I need to rent one from you?

Both options work! We can wrap your existing dance floor or one provided by your venue, as long as the surface is clean, smooth, and suitable for vinyl application. We’ll advise you during the consultation process. Alternatively, our maple wood dance floor rentals are available and make the perfect canvas for a custom wrap.

How long does installation take, and will it be ready before my guests arrive?

Absolutely. Installation typically takes 1–3 hours depending on the floor size and design complexity. We coordinate directly with your venue to ensure setup is completed well before your event begins — so your dance floor is ready to wow your guests from the moment they walk in.
